1. Introduction

OohDodo offers multi-platform advertising solutions, including:

• Print Media
• Ad Partnerships
• Airport, Television & Radio Ads
• Sports/IPL Ads
• BTL (Below-the-Line) Marketing
• In-App Advertising
• OOH (Out-of-Home) Advertising
• Digital Marketing (Social Media, Graphic Designing, etc.)
• Event Marketing & In-Branding
• Mall Advertising

We help businesses increased visibility through strategic advertising solutions.

2. Who Can Use Our Services?

To use OohDodo, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Provide correct and complete details while signing up.
• Use our services legally and ethically.

3. Service & Payment Terms

• 100% advance payment is required before the campaign starts.
• The final price depends on the campaign size, duration, and platform.
• 18% GST is applicable on all services.
• Mounting and printing costs will be charged extra at ₹15 per sq. ft where applicable
• If there is a delay in payment, the campaign may be paused or cancelled.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• No refunds will be provided once the campaign has started.
• Sites once confirmed cannot be cancelled.
• If you cancel before execution, a partial refund may be given (depending on expenses incurred).
• If OohDodo fails to execute the campaign, a full or partial refund/credit may be issued.
• Cancellations or changes in booking will not be accepted once the campaign is confirmed.

5. Ad Placement & Timeline

• Ads will go live as per the agreed schedule.
• If the client delays approvals or creative submissions, the timeline may change.
• All media placements are subject to availability at the time of written confirmation.
• Any extension of an ongoing campaign must be confirmed at least 6-7 days before the campaign end date.
• OohDodo is not responsible for ad delays caused by the client or third-party platforms.

6. Content Ownership & Copyright

• If OohDodo creates ad content, it remains our property unless stated otherwise.
• If the client provides content, they must have legal rights to use it.
• OohDodo is not responsible for copyright issues related to client-provided content.

7. Third-Party Services

• Some ads (like cinema, TV, radio, influencer marketing) involve third-party partners.
• If a third-party fail to display the ad, OohDodo will try to resolve the issue but is not liable for damages.

8. Client Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Post misleading or false advertisements.
• Submit restricted content (such as alcohol, tobacco, adult content, illegal products, or hate speech).
• Use ads for fraud, scams, or illegal activities.

OohDodo has the right to reject any ad that does not follow these guidelines.

9. Performance Disclaimer

OohDodo does not guarantee leads, conversions, or sales from ads. Ad performance depends on:

• Audience behavior
• Market trends
• Product demand
• Ad creative quality

We ensure the ad is placed in the right location, but final results are not guaranteed.

10. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes will first be discussed and resolved professionally.
• If an issue remains unresolved, it will be handled under Mumbai, Maharashtra jurisdiction.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

We value your privacy. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your data.

12. Changes to Terms

OohDodo reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated Terms.
