Refund Policy

At OohDodo.com, we strive to provide the best advertising solutions. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be granted.

1. No Refunds After Campaign Start
  • Once the campaign has started, no refunds will be provided.
  • This applies to all advertising services, including but not limited to OOH advertising, digital marketing, influencer marketing, cinema ads, and other media campaigns.

2. Cancellation & Partial Refunds
  • If the campaign is cancelled before execution, a partial refund may be issued
  • The refund amount will be determined based on:
    • Any costs already incurred (such as site booking, creative development, or third-party charges).
    • The stage of execution at the time of cancellation.

3. Cancellation & Changes Are Not Accepted After Confirmation
  • Sites once confirmed cannot be cancelled.
  • Cancellation or modifications in bookings will not be accepted after confirmation.

4. Refunds for Non-Execution by OohDodo
  • If OohDodo fails to execute the campaign, a full or partial refund/credit may be issued.
  • Refunds will be processed within 15-30 business days after review.

5. Campaign Extensions & Modifications
  • Any extension of an ongoing campaign must be confirmed at least 6-7 days before the campaign end date.
  • If an extension is not confirmed in time, availability is not guaranteed, and no refunds will be issued for lost opportunities.

6. Third-Party Service Refunds
  • Some campaigns involve third-party vendors (e.g., cinema, TV, radio, influencers, digital platforms, etc.).
  • If a third-party service fails to display an ad due to their own issues, OohDodo will assist in resolving the matter but is not liable for refunds beyond what the thirdparty agrees to.
