1. Booking & Payment
Bookings can be made directly through our website or via third-party platforms. Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking depending on the rate plan selected. We accept major credit and debit cards. A valid card must be used to secure the booking, and you may be asked to provide identification upon check-in.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation terms vary depending on your selected rate (e.g., refundable or non-refundable). Guests are advised to review their booking confirmation for specific terms. Refunds, where applicable, are issued to the original payment method. Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled or modified.
3. Check-In & Check-Out
Standard check-in time is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge. Self check-in instructions will be provided prior to arrival. Valid ID may be required at check-in.
4. House Rules
All guests must comply with our property rules, including noise restrictions, cleanliness, and respectful conduct towards other guests and staff. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments. Designated smoking areas (balconies or terraces) are marked where applicable. A penalty of £150 applies if smoking is detected inside the unit.
5. Guest Capacity & Visitors
Each apartment has a defined guest capacity which must not be exceeded. Visitors must be registered in advance and are not allowed after 7:00 PM. Unregistered guests may result in immediate termination of the booking without refund.
6. Damage & Liability
Guests are responsible for any damage to the apartment, furnishings, or communal areas caused during their stay. Charges for damage or missing items will be deducted from the payment card on file. D’Montrio is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
7. Housekeeping & Linen Service
Weekly housekeeping is provided for all stays of 7 nights or more. Linen is changed weekly, and towels are refreshed twice a week. Additional housekeeping can be arranged upon request at an extra charge.
8. Amenities & Facilities
All apartments are fully furnished with kitchens, washing machines, Wi-Fi, and entertainment systems. While we strive to ensure uninterrupted access to all amenities, we are not liable for temporary outages due to maintenance or factors beyond our control.
9. Emergencies & Assistance
Our Duty Manager is available from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily for assistance. After-hours contact is reserved for emergencies such as fire alarms or urgent lock issues. Contact information will be provided prior to arrival or via your booking platform.
10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to meet obligations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government restrictions.
11. Modifications & Termination
We reserve the right to cancel or modify bookings at our discretion in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violations of these terms. If a guest is found to be in breach of house rules, we may request that they vacate the property without a refund.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
